Vijay Eswaran is the executive chairman of one of the leading conglomerate companies in Asia, the QI Group of companies. Vijay Eswaran is married to Umayan Eswaran. He has written various books among them a bestseller, the Sphere of Silence, which was inspired by the time he took a 33-day vow of silence in a monastery. Vijay believes in service to people above oneself. This is one of the values he strives to inculcate in his company. Vijay also believes that challenges are part of success and therefore they should be embraced and overcome.

Alastair Borthwick is a very famous Scottish man, who lived his life fully accomplishing many functional activities. He was a creative author, gifted broadcaster and a heroic man who lead a battalion to victory. Born in 1913 in Troon where he was raised to 11 years before him and his parents moving to Glasgow a place he attended high school. Borthwick had poor interest in formal education, but he had unmatched skills in extra curriculum activities. At the age of 16 years, he dropped out of school to work as copytaker on the Evening Times and later on he got higher ranks to work at Glasgow Weekly. Borthwick had no specific duty due to the limited workforce by then. He would work in various areas such as in writing and editing film pages related to women and children, design and compiling crosswords as well as responding to readers’ queries.

While working as a broadcaster, Borthwick created a close friendship with the locals who introduced him to hiking activities during weekends. The activity was highly involving, as the majority of the Scottish were unemployed and found the event appropriate to spend leisure and reduce stress. Borthwick used the events of mountaineering and hill climbing to compile articles in the newspaper open-air page which he later used to write his favorite book ‟Always a Little Further” which was published in 1939 with the help of T.S.Eliot.

During the outbreak of the Second World War, Borthwick participated in fighting for his country against the Germans. The mountaineering activities invigorated him, and he joined the 51st Highland Division`s 5th Highlanders servicing in North Africa and Western Europe. Borthwick become a good and loyal soldier to the battalion which made him at one point to become the captain working as the battalion intelligence officer.

Before the ending of the war, Alastair Borthwick made a remarkable achievement when he led his whole battalion of 600 men at night behind the German enemy lines. In the dawn, German waking up to find Highlanders dug behind them. Since then, Borthwick role changed, and he was given permission not to attend battalion parade anymore in exchange to write down the battalion experience.

Rebel Wilson has been recently added to the star-studded cast of the upcoming movie adaptation of Cats. Reports note that she is set to star as the Jennyanydots, who is an old Gumbie cat that has a nocturnal penchant for cooking, teaching mice, and dancing.

The Jennyanydots character is described as being lazy, which is a requirement for being a Gumbie cat, being a good cook, enjoying teaching home-ec skills to mice (knitting, crocheting and tatting), and having cockroach helpers. In the Cats lore, the character is known to spend her time seeking out warm and sunny spots to sit and sleep, and operating during the nighttime. Tom Hopper will sit in the director chair for the adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical, the movie being set to be shown in theatres on the 20th of December, in 2019. The movie tells the story of a tribe of felines that are called Jellicles, and the night when they make the “Jellicle choice”, which is when they decide which cat will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and then come back to a new life. The production of the motion picture is set to take place in the United Kingdom, and part of the cast is still yet to be announced. The screenplay was co-written by Tom Hopper and Lee Hall, and is an adaptation of Webber’s music, which itself is based on the novel Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats by T.S. Eliot.

The cast that has been announced so far includes Ian McKellen, Idris Elba, Jennifer Hudson, James Corden, Judi Dench, Laurie Davidson, Taylor Swift, and Steven McRae and Francesca Hayward of the Royal Ballet. From the roles that have been announced, the movie will see Jennifer Hudson take role of Grizabella, Judi Dench as Deuteronomy, Ian McKellen as Gus the Theatre Cat, Idris Elba as Macavity, and the Royal Ballet principal dancers as Skimbleshanks and Victoria.

Prior to the 2019 theatrical release of Cats, Rebel Wilson can be seen next in the Warner Bros romantic comedy ‘Isn’t It Romantic’, alongside Adam Devine, Liam Hemsworth, and Priyanka Chopra. The film will be out on Valentine’s Day next year, and is the first film produced by Wilson herself.

In addition, she will star in the MGM movie ‘The Hustle’ alongside Anne Hathaway, the movie being a remake of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and produced by Camp Sugar. Wilson will also be seen in the movie Jojo Rabbit, opposite Scarlett Johansson and Sam Rockwell, coming out next fall.
